The hotel location is excellent, close to the medina and with stunning views. The rooms lack basic amenities like a minibar or functioning air conditioner. The service is extremely unprofessional and the cleanliness of the rooms is below acceptable standards. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel's pricing offers good value for money.

I found the hotel to have some drawbacks but also some strengths. The rooms were cold, and I needed extra covers. They could be more spacious for four people. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was broken, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the elevator felt old and risky. The breakfast only consisted of bread and coffee, and the staff didn't seem professional and appeared unkempt.
